365php Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 365php.cam ("365php", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a Philippine-licensed online gaming operator regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing the 365php website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 365php platform and services.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your relationship with 365php, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus claims, and customer support interactions. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, tournaments, or game categories, which shall be incorporated herein by reference.

The 365php platform is intended solely for personal entertainment purposes for users residing in the Republic of the Philippines. Commercial use, arbitrage betting, and systematic exploitation of platform features are strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use 365php services, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age as mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 365php reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking mental capacity to contract are prohibited from using 365php services.
• Geographic Location: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination.
• Single Account Requirement: Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) 365php account. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Prohibition on Restricted Persons: You must not be a person prohibited from gambling under Philippine law, including but not limited to PAGCOR employees, immediate family members of PAGCOR officials, persons on gambling exclusion lists, or individuals with court orders prohibiting gambling activity.
• Financial Capacity: You affirm that funds deposited into your 365php account are yours legally, obtained through legitimate means, and not derived from criminal activity. You further affirm that you can afford potential losses without financial hardship.

365php reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To register a 365php account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, current residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile phone number, and email address. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your contact details, address, or other account information changes, you must update your 365php profile immediately through the account settings page or by contacting customer support.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended, 365php is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, Postal ID, or other valid government ID)
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number for bank transfers, GCash or PayMaya account verification)
• Additional documents as may be required for enhanced due diligence in specific circumstances

Verification may be required before your first withdrawal, at periodic intervals, or whenever 365php deems it necessary for security or compliance purposes. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in restrictions on withdrawals and may lead to account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365php account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 365php of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 365php shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to you notifying us of such unauthorized access.

You acknowledge that sharing your account credentials with third parties, allowing others to use your account, or accessing 365php from shared or public computers without properly logging out are risky behaviors that may compromise your account security. 365php strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced account protection.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits into your 365php account may be made through payment methods approved by 365php, currently including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to partner banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), credit and debit cards, and over-the-counter payment channels. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method and account status. 365php reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process during non-banking hours.

No fees are charged by 365php for deposits. However, your payment provider or financial institution may charge transaction fees which are beyond 365php's control and for which 365php is not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made through the cashier section of your 365php account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If withdrawal to the deposit method is not technically feasible, 365php will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier and payment method, ranging from PHP 50,000 to PHP 500,000 per transaction. Higher VIP tiers enjoy increased withdrawal limits and expedited processing times.

Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-4 hours for verified accounts in good standing. First-time withdrawals require identity verification and may take up to 48 hours to process. 365php reserves the right to conduct additional security checks which may delay withdrawal processing.

Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by 365php if: (a) your account has not completed KYC verification, (b) bonus wagering requirements have not been met, (c) suspicious or irregular betting patterns are detected, (d) the withdrawal request violates any provision of these Terms, or (e) the request triggers anti-money laundering review requirements.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

365php maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts used primarily for currency exchange or funds transfer rather than legitimate gaming activity will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

365php reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Transactions suspected of money laundering or terrorist financing will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

365php offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are provided with each promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration periods are clearly stated in each bonus's specific terms.

Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional players, bonus abusers, and syndicate members are prohibited from claiming bonuses and may have their accounts closed with funds forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play among multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements with reduced risk, deliberately betting against yourself across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to gain unfair advantage, using betting strategies designed primarily to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal risk rather than for legitimate entertainment.

365php employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, active bonuses cancelled, and accounts may be permanently closed with remaining funds forfeited.

5.3 Modification and Cancellation

365php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a bonus is cancelled while active on your account, any bonus funds and winnings derived from the bonus will be removed, and your account balance will be adjusted to reflect only funds deposited and winnings from non-bonus play.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 365php platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose software has been certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Random number generators (RNGs) used in games are regularly audited to ensure they produce truly random and unpredictable outcomes.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in the game information section. These percentages represent theoretical returns over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual player or session.

6.2 Game Rules and Disputes

Each game available on 365php has specific rules which are accessible through the game's help or information section. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real money bets. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for dispute.

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. 365php will refund the original stake of any voided bet to your account balance. 365php is not liable for any potential winnings from voided bets.

If you believe a game has malfunctioned or produced an incorrect result, you must contact customer support within 14 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after 14 days will not be investigated. All customer support communications regarding disputes are conducted in English or Filipino.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure with forfeiture of funds: use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to play games without direct human input; collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage; chip dumping or other forms of deliberate loss to transfer funds between accounts; exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions; hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to manipulate the 365php platform; using VPNs or proxies to disguise your location; any form of fraud, theft, or criminal activity.

7. Account Security and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the 365php platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use 365php services: (a) in any way that violates Philippine national or local laws or regulations, (b) for commercial purposes or to exploit any commercial opportunity, (c) to transmit any materials that are defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, (d) to impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity, (e) to interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers connected to the platform.

365php reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service to anyone, and cancel or reverse transactions at our sole discretion without liability, particularly in cases where we reasonably believe that rules have been violated or fraudulent activity has occurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 365php, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

365php's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your 365php account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

365php is not responsible for: (a) losses caused by your failure to maintain account security, (b) losses resulting from internet or telecommunications failures beyond our control, (c) losses from third-party payment processor delays or failures, (d) losses from your own errors in placing bets or managing your account.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Customer Support Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of 365php services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. Our support team is trained to resolve most issues quickly and fairly. You agree to cooperate with the investigation of your complaint by providing all relevant information and documentation.

9.2 Escalation Process

If your dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate your complaint to the 365php management team by submitting a formal written complaint via email. Management will review your case and provide a final decision within 30 calendar days.

9.3 PAGCOR Complaints

If you remain dissatisfied with 365php's resolution of your complaint, you have the right to file a formal complaint with PAGCOR, our regulatory body. PAGCOR contact information and complaint procedures can be found on the official PAGCOR website.

9.4 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10. Amendments and Termination

10.1 Amendments to Terms

365php reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the 365php website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, 365php will provide advance notice via email and/or prominent notice on the platform. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using 365php services and may request withdrawal of your remaining account balance.

10.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your 365php account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. 365php is not responsible for funds remaining in closed accounts.

10.3 Account Closure by 365php

365php reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities, failure to complete verification requirements, prolonged account inactivity.

If your account is closed for rule violations, 365php reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. If your account is closed for reasons other than rule violations, your remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees.

10.4 Survival

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.
